Privacy Policy

In short
IsItLuv is built around a simple promise: your conversations are not stored. They are sent to our analysis service, scored, and immediately discarded. We do not build profiles of you, we do not sell your data, and we do not log message contents.
What we process
When you analyze a chat, the text you submit is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our analysis API and then forwarded to Google's Gemini AI service for natural-language analysis. The AI returns a score and commentary, which we send back to your device. The conversation text is held in memory only for the duration of the request and is not written to any database, file, or log on our servers.
Information we do collect
- Anonymous request metadata: Timestamp, response status, and error codes used for keeping the service running. No conversational content is included.
- Crash and performance data: Technical logs from the iOS app (Apple-provided, anonymized) if you opt-in via iOS settings.
- Advertising identifiers: If you consent to tracking via the App Tracking Transparency prompt. This is used by ad networks to show relevant ads. You can decline this and the app will still function normally.

Third-Party Services
- DeepSeek API — Performs AI analysis and text processing. DeepSeek may process and retain submitted prompts in accordance with its own policies to improve service quality and train its AI models. Our application makes every effort to anonymize personal data (such as names, emails, etc.) as much as possible before sending data to this service. However, the user is responsible for the content of the texts provided as input to the AI.
- Google Gemini API — Maintained as an alternative provider for performing AI analysis. Google may retain prompts for a limited period in accordance with its abuse monitoring policies. Google states that data in the paid tier is not used to train its models.
- Vercel — Hosts our API. Standard server logs (IP address, routing path, status code) are retained for a short period for security and system stability.
- Google AdMob (iOS app only) — Provides in-app advertising services. Device identifiers and advertising IDs may be processed within the scope of this service. For detailed information, please review Google's privacy policy.
Third-party content & Responsibility
You are responsible for the messages you upload. By using IsItLuv, you confirm that you have the right to analyze the content you submit and that you will not upload conversations belonging to others without their explicit consent.
Children's Privacy
IsItLuv is rated 12+ and is not intended for anyone under the age of 12. We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from children.
Your rights
Because we don't store your conversation data, there is nothing to export or delete on our side. For ad-related data, you can reset or manage your Advertising Identifier at any time in your iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
